100. Assessment of suitability of premises for children

(1) Where section 96(1)(h)(ii) applies, the Authority shall, on application to it under section 112, where it has determined in accordance with section 99 that a premises where it is proposed to provide a gambling activity is suitable for use for that activity, determine whether children should be permitted on the premises having regard to the location and nature of the premises and the information submitted under section 98(2).

(2) Where section 104(1)(e)(ii) applies, the Authority shall, on application to it under section 115, determine whether children should be permitted on the premises having regard to the location and nature of the premises and the information submitted under section 98(2).

(3) The Authority may make a determination under subsection (1) or (2) to permit children on premises subject to such conditions as it may specify when making the determination concerned.
