The document further requires, for premises where children are to be permitted (section 96(1)(h)(ii) and 104(1)(e)(ii)), a statement of reasons why children should be permitted and details of all activities other than gambling to be provided; and, for premises proposing automated teller machines (section 96(1)(i) and 104(1)(f)), the number of ATMs already on the premises, the number sought, proximity to the nearest external ATM, details of all non‑gambling activities, and identification on the supplied maps and plans of existing and proposed ATM locations.
