An application for renewal of a gambling licence must be accompanied by updated relevant information and documentation. This includes details of any change to the information referred to in paragraphs (a)–(c), (l), (m)–(o) and (q)–(u) of section 96(1); for a Business to Consumer remote licence under section 121, the information in section 102(1)(a), where applicable the standards in section 102(1)(c) and the supporting documentation and evidence in section 102(1)(d); updates to financial information under section 96(1)(d); and an updated declaration under section 96(1)(f).

Where not previously applied for, the applicant must provide premises information under section 98(1) for non‑relevant premises or the name and address for relevant premises, and, subject to subsection (2), information to permit children on premises or to provide an automated teller machine per sections 98(2)–(3). The application must state proposals to provide the activity off premises, reasons for allowing employees/agents who are children, supply tax clearance certificates for persons in section 96(1)(w), provide copies of notices under sections 95, 132 and 133, and furnish any supporting documentary or other evidence the Authority requests to verify the application and consider the renewal. Paragraph (2) limits paragraph (e)(ii) and (f) to relevant premises where the applicant is Rásaíocht Con Éireann, Horse Racing Ireland or a company or subsidiary of Horse Racing Ireland.
