A licensee must display a copy of the gambling licence issued by the Authority and the registration number in a prominent location: at each premises where the licence authorises a relevant gambling activity conducted in person; on each on‑line platform where the licence authorises a relevant gambling activity by remote means; in both locations where both modes are authorised; and at each premises and on each on‑line platform where a relevant gambling product or related service is sold, supplied or offered. The registration number must be included in all business correspondence and advertisements relating to the relevant gambling activity, product or service. Contravention of these display and inclusion requirements is an offence.

An authorised officer who is of the opinion that a person is providing a gambling activity may request production of the gambling licence within a period specified by the officer; the person must produce the licence within that period. Failure to produce the licence is an offence, subject to a defence that the person was not providing the gambling activity or that the activity was exempt under Chapter 3. A person or licensee guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a class A fine, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or both.
