Regulation 15 Notice of proposed withdrawal of authorisation and publication of withdrawal

(1) When the Bank proposes to withdraw the authorisation of an investment firm or to apply to the Court for an order to revoke the authorisation of an investment firm, the Bank shall -

(a) serve notice on the investment firm of its intention, and

(b) state its reasons in the notice.

(2) Within 28 days after the withdrawal or revocation of an authorisation of an investment firm, the Bank may publish notice of the withdrawal or revocation in the Iris Oifigiúil or in one or more newspapers circulating in the State.
