Article 17 Up-to-date information on national law with regard to the rights of third parties

1. Member States shall ensure that up-to-date information is made available explaining the provisions of national law pursuant to which third parties may rely on information and each type of document referred to in Article 14, in accordance with Article 16(3), (4) and (5).

2. Member States shall provide the information required for publication on the portal in accordance with the portal's rules and technical requirements.

3. The Commission shall publish that information on the portal in all the official languages of the Union.

4. This Article shall also apply to the information on partnerships referred to in Article 14a.
