If an administrative or judicial authority of another Member State makes a decision imposing a reorganisation measure in respect of a institution established in that other State and the institution has a branch in the State, the decision -

(a) is to be recognised in the State with respect to the institution and the branch without further formality, and

(b) takes effect in the State at the same time as it take effect in that other State.
