Regulation 6 Administrative and judicial authorities of the State to have jurisdiction over reorganisation measures relating to branches of authorised institutions

If an administrative or judicial authority of the State makes a decision imposing a reorganisation measure in respect of an authorised institution, the authority also has jurisdiction to apply the measure to branches of the institution that are established in other Member States.
