WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (10) of section 72 of the Insurance Act, 1936 (No. 45 of 1936), that whenever any such dispute as is mentioned in subsection (1) of the said section 72 is referred to the Minister for Industry and Commerce for determination under the said section 72, there shall be paid to the Minister such fee as shall be prescribed by regulations made by the said Minister under the said section 72 with the consent of the Minister for Finance:

NOW, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72 of the Insurance Act, 1936 (No. 45 of 1936), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following regulations:
