The eISB hosts electronic versions of Acts and statutory instruments in the official language(s) in which they were enacted or made. Where an Act was enacted in both official languages (for example, an Act to amend the Constitution), both language versions are provided on the eISB.

Official translations and related reproductions are available via acts.ie and the Houses of the Oireachtas; for legal and compliance purposes users should rely on the enacted language version on the eISB and cite the specific language and source to avoid ambiguity.
