191. Power of Authority to enter agreement with a licensee in respect of alleged contravention of relevant obligation

(1) The Authority may, in accordance with section 190(1)(a) or 197(2)(d), enter into an agreement in writing with a licensee setting out the steps which the licensee agrees to take, and the period within which those steps shall be taken, to comply with a relevant obligation.

(2) Where a licensee fails to comply with an agreement referred to in subsection (1), the Circuit Court may, on application to it by the Authority, make an order directing the licensee to comply with the agreement.
