"Maximum relevant payment and maximum winnings" are defined by reference to Schedule 3. For each relevant game, the amounts are those in columns (2) and (3) opposite the game in column (1). Subject to paragraph (c), for each relevant lottery the amounts are those in columns (2) and (3) opposite the lottery in column (1). For a relevant lottery provided pursuant to a lottery licence for a once-off lottery, the amounts are those opposite the entry for that once-off activity. Subject to paragraph (e), for games or lotteries that are relevant gambling activities for a charitable or philanthropic purpose the amounts are those opposite the gambling licence for charitable or philanthropic purpose entry; for a once-off charitable or philanthropic activity the amounts are those specified for that once-off activity.

"Relevant information and documentation" has the meaning assigned by section 96(1). "Updated relevant information and documentation" has the meaning assigned by section 104(1).
