72. Amendment of section 891 of Principal Act 

Section 891 of the Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (1):

"(1A) The Registrar may enter into an agreement with a person, on payment of a prescribed fee by that person, for the use by that person of, and the publication and distribution by that person to third parties of, either or both -

(a) documents referred to in subsection (1)(a), and

(b) data derived from such documents.".
