Article 65 Exceptions to obligations of legal entities and legal arrangements

Articles 63 and 64 shall not apply to:

(a) companies whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, provided that:

(i) control over the company is exercised exclusively by the natural person with the voting rights;

(ii) no other legal entities or legal arrangements are part of the company's ownership or control structure; and

(iii) for foreign legal entities under Article 67, equivalent requirements to those referred to in subpoints (i) and (ii) of this point exist under international standards;

(b) bodies governed by public law as defined in Article 2(1), point (4), of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council [Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC (OJ L 94, 28.3.2014, p. 65).].
