Article 23a Accessibility of information on the European single access point

From 10 January 2030, the information referred to in Article 14(6), Article 15(1), second subparagraph, Articles 18(4) and 27(1), Article 34, Articles 40(5), 42(5), 44(2), 45(6) and Article 48 of this Regulation, shall be made accessible on the European single access point (ESAP) established under Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
