83. Creditor attesting will charging estate with debts admissible as witness.

If by will any estate is charged with any debt or debts, and a creditor, or the spouse or civil partner of a creditor, whose debt is so charged, attests the execution of the will, the creditor, notwithstanding such charge, shall be admitted a witness to prove the execution of the will, or to prove the validity or invalidity thereof.
