The local authority shall evaluate the submission, decide whether to propose a variation under s13 of the Act 2000 or s58 of the Act 2024 or to reject the request, and notify the owner: for submissions under (1)(c) not later than July 2024, under (1)(d) not later than 30 June 2025, and under (1)(e) not later than 30 June 2026. Owners must have evidence to prove ownership available on request.
