192W. Consultation between regulators
The PRA must consult the FCA before -
(a) approving an application under section 192Q; or
(b) giving a notice under section 192U(1) or (8)(b) to the financial holding company or mixed financial company of a group which includes an institution which is not a PRA-authorised person.
