Section 49 of the Finance (1909-10) Act, 1910, is amended in the proviso (inserted by section 156 of the Finance Act, 1992) to subsection (1) by the substitution of "a spirits retailer's on-licence, a spirits retailer's off-licence, a wine retailer's on-licence, a wine retailer's off-licence or a beer retailer's off-licence" for "a spirits retailer's on-licence, a spirits retailer's off-licence or a wine retailer's on-licence".
