23. Power to require additional information, etc.
(1) The assessors may request the claimant to furnish to them such information or documents in the possession or control of the claimant, additional to the information contained in, or the documents which accompanied, his or her application under section 11, as they consider necessary for the making of the assessment.
(2) The assessors may request the respondent or respondents to furnish to them such information or documents in the possession or control of the respondent or respondents as the assessors consider necessary for the making of the assessment.
