33AL. Bank to inform persons of obligations under section 33AK.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commission shall inform a person who is about to be appointed -

(a) as Governor,

(b) as an appointed member of the Commission,

(c) as a Head of Function,

(d) as Registrar of Credit Unions,

(e) as an officer or employee of the Bank, or

(f) as a consultant or auditor or in any other capacity by the Bank,

of the obligation imposed by section 33AK.

(2) In the case of a person appointed as the Secretary General of the Department of Finance, the Commission shall inform him or her of the obligation imposed by section 33AK as soon as practicable after he or she is so appointed.
