133. Stay on certain orders being appealed.
The operation of an order being appealed shall not be stayed unless the court that made the order or to which the appeal is brought directs otherwise, in the case of an appeal brought from an order under section 45, 47, 116, 117(1)(a), (aa), (b) or (ba) or 131(1)(a), (b) or (c).
