Explanatory Note
Section 9 (2) of the National Bank Transfer Act, 1966, provides that the Act is to come into operation on such day as the Minister for Finance appoints by Order. The purpose of this Order is to appoint the 26th March, 1966, as the day on which the Act comes into operation.
