AI Summary of Schedule 1 Procedure of the Commission
The Commission adheres to a self-determined procedural framework for meetings, which includes provisions for quorum and voting. A quorum is established with 6 members for 10 or 11 members present, and 7 for 12 members. Meetings are presided over by the Governor, or another appointed member in their absence, and decisions are made by majority vote.
Members must disclose any direct or indirect pecuniary interests that may conflict with their duties. Failure to comply with disclosure requirements does not invalidate decisions made by the Commission. The Secretary maintains a record of disclosures, which is available for public inspection.
