(a) in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of "relevant holding company", by the substitution of "America," for "America, and",

(b) by the insertion, in subsection (1), of the following paragraph after paragraph (a) of the definition of "relevant holding company":

"(aa) which was incorporated in the State prior to the commencement of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, and",
