Section 33AK of the Central Bank Act 1942 (as inserted by section 26 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003) is amended -

(a) in subsection (5) (aj), by substituting "functions, or" for "functions.", and

(b) by inserting after subsection (5) (aj) -

"(ak) to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman that is required for the performance of that Ombudsman's functions.".
