Regulation 75 Notifications submitted before 1 January 2016

The assessment procedure applied to proposed acquisitions for which a notification referred to in Regulation 60 has been submitted to the Bank before 1 January 2016 shall be carried out in accordance with Part 3 of the European Communities (Non-Life Insurance) Framework Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 359 of 1994), Part 4 of the European Communities (Life Assurance) Framework Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 360 of 1994) or Part 8 of the European Communities (Reinsurance) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 380 of 2006), as in force immediately before that date.
