AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE SOCIAL WELFARE ACTS, SECTIONS 7A AND 11 OF THE HEALTH CONTRIBUTIONS ACT, 1979, SECTIONS 18A AND 22 OF THE YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AGENCY ACT, 1981, AND SECTION 5 OF THE COMBAT POVERTY AGENCY ACT, 1986, AND TO REPEAL SECTION 69 OF THE HEALTH ACT, 1970.
