9H. Waiver for credit institutions permanently affiliated to central body.
(1) The Bank may waive the requirements set out in sections 9D, 9E and 9F(c) and (d) with regard to a credit institution referred to in Article 10 of the Capital Requirements Regulation in accordance with the conditions set out therein.
(2) Where the Bank exercises a waiver referred to in paragraph (1) -
(b) Regulations 32 and 33,
(e) Regulations 61 to 84, and
of the European Union (Capital Requirements) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 158 of 2014) shall apply to the whole as constituted by the central body together with its affiliated institutions.
