30. Enforcement of suspension notice.

If -

(a) a person performs a controlled function or part of a controlled function in contravention of a suspension notice, or

(b) a regulated financial service provider or holding company permits a suspended person to perform a controlled function or part of a controlled function in relation to it in contravention of a suspension notice,

the Head of Financial Regulation may apply ex parte to the Court for an order directing the person or the regulated financial service provider or holding company to comply with the notice.
