The Authority may, by notice in writing and at such intervals as it considers appropriate, request licensees to provide a report (a "compliance report") to enable the Authority to confirm compliance with relevant obligations. A notice must specify, subject to subsection (3)(a), the information to be provided and the form and manner of provision. The Authority may, by reference to the type of gambling licence, the type of relevant gambling activities, relevant gambling products or related services, specify different information or different reporting intervals, and may make a request by reference to the date of issue of a gambling licence. Licensees must comply within 14 days of the notice or within any further period agreed in writing.

Without prejudice to the compliance report power, the Authority may at any time, by notice in writing, request a licensee to provide information and documentation relating to compliance with a relevant obligation. Such a notice must specify the information and documentation required, the form and manner of provision, and the period for provision. A licensee must comply within the period specified or within any further period agreed in writing between the Authority and the licensee.
