127. Access to documents during business hours

(1) A reference in this Part to a document kept by a company being open to the inspection of a person, or a specified class of person, during business hours shall be read as a requirement that the document be open to such inspection subject to such reasonable restrictions as the company may in general meeting impose, but so that not less than 2 hours in each day be allowed for such inspection.

(2) Subsection (1) applies to the provisions of other Parts of this Act that are referred to in Chapter 10 (which deals with, amongst other things, inspection of registers) as it applies to the provisions of this Part so referred to.
